Q-BPM:Exemption Clause
Anyone can freely use texts and images in articles included in Q-BPM as long as you respect the rule of copyleft. We have been writing and editing on the assumption that all information stored in the database of Q-BPM can be used in other media regardless of forms of other websites or articles, etc. When you need to copy information in this website, you are totally free to do it.
Q-BPM server running on MediaWiki software is used to moderate users' contributions to the website, so to speak, "a tool for collaboration." All members of the community composed of contributors to Q-BPM can use the server. That is, the members are:
- supporters of Q-BPM's goal, "free, complete, up-to-date and reliable encyclopedia full of information on business processes of all over the world."
- those who agree on the point that collaboration with other users of Q-BPM website is necessary to achieve the aim.
We are sorry but please do not use this website if you are not interested in the goal to achieve, or if you refuse collaboration, certain compromises, consensus building, or concessions to other users of Q-BPM website although you agree with the goal.
We would like to add and draw your attention to the point that we have the right to take every possible means, regardless whether it is technical/legal or not, to stop obstructive actions to our collaboration if such people ignore our notices or warnings and keep on using this website.
