This page shows guidelines how to create and use “column message box."

Guidelines

This website aims at a BPM encyclopedia. Terms related to BPM are deeply connected to business, and they widely cover IT, Law, or Company Management. Therefore, not many contents of articles may excite you.

We think that it is important to "feel excited" even a little in your study. Therefore, although contents of an article are originally assumed to be "verifiable contents," by placing a frame in an article, you can describe "interesting/stimulating messages related the article." This is a column message box.

In this column message box, you can describe your experiences/findings/well-known matters although they are not verifiable, which are related to the article.　Readers of this message will know experiences and findings of various people, even "these are not verifiable.” Readers will deepen the interest for the term, and they keep on studying.

However, please note the following:

Do not describe mental abuses of others/companies.
Do not describe important information about a specific person or company.
Do not describe any contents completely unrelated to the article.

To prevent these "Do not describe" as much as possible, a signature is required for a column message box. By signing, writers will be aware of some responsibility for their writing contents, and so, this will prevent describing "Do not describe" intentionally.Therefore, please understand that a column message boxe without signature are not permit describing, and they will be deleted by regular patrolling.

Template Body

By using this template, you can display a column for a target term. The source of the column message box template is as follows:

You can describe a column message box by passing two pieces of information to the template.

Use in an Article

Please describe {{TextColumn| (title)| (content of the column)} to apply. In the case of process instance, the description is as follows:

Information passed to column message template

There is two pieces of information to pass, and given information will be all displayed. Wiki format can be used for each piece of information.

Title

This indicates the string displayed in the title area in the upper part of the message box. About 10 to 15 characters would be good because that length can be placed in the title area.

Way to Describe an Explanation

Because this is a message box, expressing with a lot of characters becomes very difficult for readers. It is necessary to express shortly as much as possible. About 200 characters may be appropriate.
