Free BPM software is now available for download.

On January 20th, 2009, Questetra started download distribution of free BPM software, "Questetra BPM Suite."

"Questetra BPM Suite" not only enables process owners to draw and design business flow diagrams but also provides participants in charge of tasks with input / output pages based on designed business flow diagrams. In other words, "Questetra BPM Suite" is a kind of groupware that supports computer worker business processes. (It is also called "Human-Centric BPM System.")

BPM: Business Process Management. A business management concept of improving business processes iteratively and continuously.

Once you install this software on a computer, both process owners and participants in charge of tasks can readily take advantage of all the features via Web browsers. Because "Questetra BPM Suite" can be used free of charge regardless of the number of users, the number of business flow diagrams, duration of use, etc., it fits team and department use.

However, the total number of tasks being processed* in various business flow diagrams (Process Models) you designed is limited up to "10 concurrent tasks." So, for example, if you want to control many businesses in a company by using "Questetra BPM Suite" (IT Business Process Control), you will need to buy "Extension Key" (starting from $100 per month) to lift the restriction.

Modeling > Drawing Process Diagram (Flash)

By placing tasks in a "swimlane" that indicates a department, you can draw business processes. Complex branching and loops can be defined easily when necessary.

Modeling > Process Archives

Archived process definitions (Process Models) can be downloaded and imported. You can also export Process Models.

Operating > Task Listing

Each participant in charge of tasks can see "offered tasks" and "allocated tasks" in order to input plans or decisions.

Monitoring > Performance Monitoring

You can review the analysis results regarding completed tasks through graphs. The target term can be specified. You can also examine achievements by user and time taken to complete each task.
