Questetra launched a new service starting on September 1: the "Questetra BPM Suite SaaS Edition" (In Japanese).
The free workflow/BPM software "Questetra BPM Suite Download Edition" is a Web application that has been downloaded up to 6000 times since its release in January 2009. Currently, it is being used in BPM practices worldwide--approximately 160 countries--including Kyoto University's inquiry and contact process.

The Questetra BPM Suite is a groupware that supports the visualization of human-centric business processes.
